A three-person infrared sauna with chromotherapy lighting, a cold plunge held between 37 and 50 degrees by an integrated chiller, and a four-person hot tub at 102 to 104 degrees. Run them in sequence — sauna, plunge, tub, repeat — for the kind of contrast therapy that costs $150 a night at a spa.
Bedroom
A sleeping suite suspended in the canopy. Voluminous white linens, a glimpse of the lake through full-height glass, and silence as the only soundtrack. His & Hers waffle robes wait by the bed for early mornings on the deck.
The Compound
Three levels of outdoor living connected by a winding boardwalk. A floating staircase leads from the forest floor to the glass house above — arriving feels like stepping into a different world.
The Mirror Facade
From every angle, the glass reflects the forest back at itself. The structure disappears — all that remains is the trees, the sky, and you.
Lounge
A reading nook in soft bouclé framed by floor-to-ceiling glass. A Nespresso Vertuo, a Marshall speaker, and morning light filtered through the trees.
Spa
Frosted privacy glass dissolves into the forest. Wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner and shower gel — black, refillable, deliberate. Branded waffle towels, premium bath oil, and an artisan soap bar set the tone — a spa, in miniature, set among the pines.
Kitchen
A clean, seamless suite anchored by a panda-marble surface and matte black cabinetry. Open white-oak shelving holds glassware, ready for sunset rituals.
